Due to current events there have been slight delays and hiccups with USPS.  

We kindly ask that all U.S. customers to select signature required for delivery during checkout to prevent items being lost in transit or incorrectly marked as delivered. 
As a small business LLELLIE is unable to absorb the costs of items being lost in transit or offer refunds towards items that are marked as delivered with a USPS tracking number and a customer states to have not received.

How are items requiring a signature handled with social distancing regulations in place?
"To reduce health risks, we are temporarily modifying customer signature capture procedures.
  • While maintaining a safe, appropriate distance, employees will request the customer’s first initial and last name so that the employee can enter the information on the electronic screen or hard copy items such as return receipts, PS Forms 3811 and 3829.
  • For increased safety, employees will ask the customer to step back a safe distance or close the screen door/door so that they may leave the item in the mail receptacle or appropriate location by the customer door."

All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day and only after payment has cleared. Tracking number will be provided upon confirmation of shipment. Typical payment lead time through PayPal and Amazon: 5 seconds.

 

CANADA - STARTING AT $20 - ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME: 6-12 + BUSINESS DAYS.

AUSTRALIA - STARTING AT $30 - ESTIMATED TIME 7-12 + BUSINESS DAYS.

NEW ZEALAND - STARTING AT$30 - ESTIMATED TIME 7-12 + BUSINESS DAYS.

Once an item has been shipped, LLELLIE and LLELLIEvintage is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.

International customers whose shipping address is flagged as remote will be subject to an additional $40 USD charge

 

A remote area is defined as a place that is not close to any larger city or any other point, where local depots of courier companies are located. This makes the area difficult to reach.

Remote Locations are usually islands, ski resorts, suburbs, small towns, places that are neither highly populated, nor easy to access and far from a shipper’s hub. These locations are generally considered remote areas by most courier companies and require additional services & fees to be paid by the buyer of the goods.
